I m in ...They really dont know what they are doing ...How hard is it to find pending applications in thier database ?

Move to 2006 and approve 2006 cases and move it back to 2003 ...wow they really need help

This is frustating, I am yet to recover from the shock, I have started preparing to file premium H1 renewal next month. My PD is current but I have no hope of my 485 getting approved this month. I feel betrayed.

In VA can we extend Driving License with receipt notice of h1 extension .

Hey,

I went to the VA DMV in Sterling yesterday and the person there refused to renew my DL based on my original H1B extension extension RECEIPT Notice, saying there is no 'Date' on this document. :mad: These ppl are too dumb. It says clearly on DMV's website - they will give you a 1 yr extension IF there is no date on that document. Need to take a lawyer and paralegal along next time... :confused:

BTW, how did you manage to do this??

I485 EB2 filed at NSC Dec 3,2008, and on Feb,18 received RFE(!) requesting employment verification, divorce certificate, W2 and some other stuff that has been posted to them just 2 months ago.:confused:

I just had my I-140 approved few days ago. I applied concurrently during July fiasco to NSC.
My online status says: Approval Notice Sent.

I guess that means my I140 is approved.

I am EB3 - India.

Today I got a LUD on my AP. Documents mailed. Finally after 2 weeks of waiting time. Nebraska center is slow really slow. But I am happy can now go on my business trip.
:)

Today I got my first soft LUD on my case. Last week I got a letter from USCIS that they had approved to expedite my case. I would rather have seen the AP but the waiting game continues. :eek:
