Folks I sent email to this address as stated "uscis-complaint@dhs.gov", got bounced back saying it as a wrong email. Does nay one know the correct email to send USCIS complaints to?

I emailed them not as me but as my employer( point of contact mentioned in the labor petition) and it works they send me a copy of the labor approval to my house along with a copy to my employer and one to my attroney. It really works.
Could you please give more details of your case.
How long was is pending?

Consider I-485 Processing as a 2 Door Room. Front Door is for people who's PD has been current for the given month and can apply & Back Door is for Adjudicating People who are already applied & still current for that month.
The size of the room depends on what date they retrogress it to. If Cutoff date is say 2002, there are few people in that room who would be ready for adjudication. Instead if cutoff date is say 2006, there will be a huge number of people in the room.
As long as you stay in that room for more month (be current), the more chance you have of getting adjudicated fast, but also depends on how many people are ahead of you per RD.
Assuming that the date is retrogressed from 'C' to 2000 Jan, they start accepting the AOS apps with that PD and then do we assume that they are also working on them or say they donot work on it until the receipt date becomes current.
If the answer to the question above is 'NO' (that is the receipt date has to become current to adjudicate an AOS app, ofcourse PD has to be current too) then why is that USCIS accepting apps with a specified PD cut off date. In this case I am not looking at the people who are already in the room but am wondering why they are letting more people into the room, particularly when there is no room.
If the answer to the question above it 'YES', that means PD does play a significant role in the AOS adjudication process when there is retrogression, in my opinion.

What is a politician?
Politician is a contaminated breed of Human species. Here's the difference.
When a common man see the problem, he tries to make a resolution and tries to make a permanent solution helping everyone.
Now what does a politician do.. he see a problem and think how can he pretend to get a resolution while trying to make use of the problem for his political advantage hurting everyone and even hurting who were not effected by that problem and then use the same cycle to resolve the residual problems of the so called "solution" for his gains.. and this goes on and on and on.
Moreover the worst part of the story is no matter where you go in this world, you will find this weed growing everywhere and there is no weed control chemicals to kill them and surprisingly common man is a fertilizer to grow it.

What happens to people on EAD and AP...what would happen to thier status...This law does not make sense..I think it may be for people who have not filed for I-485..
Why take all the approved application and create another backlog..although Congress passes law ..its upto USCIS to intrepret it so that it makes sense to them and then apply it...
It will create unneccesary Choas if people again have to start from scratch after waiting for 5-8 years...and with the back loga they have right now..you can safely assume that this it not affact majority of us

Received my stimulus package. I am H1-B waiting for 485.
Thread title extremely misleading. The rules are clearly stated of how to receive stimulus package. OP's wife is clearly not eligible. We are all frustrated about USCIS but let's be fair to respective parties and not slander the innocent.

Hi guys,
In my college days, I was returning to Varanasi(ITBHU) after spending Holi at my Aunts place in Delhi. It was warm, so I tried with all my might to open the stuck glass window next to me. I tried and tried, gave up... only to try again, to open the damned window. Finally, with help from my neighbours I was able to get the window open. Nice cool air came in. Everything was perfect. Then suddenly it happened. The train was entering Ghaziabad, there were these slumdogs aiming cow dung at the train. Needless to say, I got hit and totally covered with shit literally. :eek:
Here I am again trying hard to open the window of opportunity... GC, for the fresh air of freedom to enter my life.
Is all this delay a blessing in disguise? Food 4 thought.
